The year 2021 is fast approaching. We advise you on how to plan a short trip to the seaside and how to use the days off to go on a well-deserved vacation without losing your vacation. Check out our suggestions.

 

 

New Year's Eve 2020/2021 at the seaside

Traditionally, the first "red card" in the calendar is occupied New Year. The first of January in 2021 is on Friday. This means that we automatically get 3 days off. If we take a day off at work on New Year's Eve on December 31, 2020, we will have 4 days to spend New Year's Eve at the seaside and sleep well.

Epiphany 2021 at the seaside

Another statutory day off is January 6th, that is Epiphany falling out on Wednesday. It is a very lucky set of dates, because when applying for a vacation for just 4 days, i.e. January 4-5 and January 7-8, we get as much as 10 days off! It's a great time to spend a short vacation by the sea in winter.

Easter 2021 at the seaside

Easter fall out in 2021 April 4 and 5. Traditionally, it is Easter Sunday and Monday. It is worth adding Good Friday to these days and going to the seaside on Thursday afternoon. This way we can spend until 5 holidays on the Baltic Sea.

May weekend 2021 at the seaside

May 1, 2021 is unfortunate on Saturday. Therefore, we will not have a field to show off, but if we decide to have 5 days off before this date, we will get a free Monday, when it is Constitution Day May 3 and two weekends. Thus, we will gain as much as 10 days of vacation in Jurata.

By adding 4 consecutive days, from May 4 to 7, we can have 16 days off at the expense of 9 working days. 

Corpus Christi 2021 at the seaside

Traditionally on Thursday, this time June 3 falls out Corpus Christi. Naturally, therefore, the long weekend will fall between June 3-6, 2021.

If you want to extend your vacation, it is enough to take an additional 3 days off at work and we will be able to rest by the sea for the whole week.

Feast of the Polish Army and the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary 2021

15 August falls in 2021 on Sunday. Additionally, August is the so-called high season at the seaside. We won't do anything about it 🙁

November holidays 2021 at the seaside

All Saints 2021

November 1, will fall out in 2021 on Monday. We can thus extend the last weekend of October 2021 by one day.

National Independence Day 2021

Independence Day November 11 will fall on Thursday. This gives us two options: either a four-day weekend after this date, if we take a day off for November 12, or a whole week for a short vacation, at the cost of an additional 3 working days, i.e. November 8-10.

Christmas 2021 at the seaside

The last days off in the 2021 calendar are unfortunate in Saturday, December 25 and Sunday, December 26. However, this does not mean that Christmas by the sea will be impossible to implement. Looking from the other side, it is enough to be free Christmas Eve 2021to be able to enjoy a 3-day winter holiday. If someone has a few days off to use at their employer, they can successfully plan a much longer holiday stay in Jurata.
