Do you need a voucher of a different or higher value?
We can issue any number of vouchers of any denomination. The issue of individual vouchers is possible only at the request of corporate partners.
The vouchers are in the form of an alphanumeric code.
Codes can be used only on the TwójJurata.pl website in order to pay for or reduce the booking value of any apartment and additional services, at any time (depending on availability).
Method of issuing the vouchers.
Alphanumeric codes are generated after the payment in the amount corresponding to the nominal value of the voucher is booked on the issuer's account.
Transfer method.
The codes are transferred as part of the transfer, via e-mail, to the recipient's address provided during the transaction.
Other voucher carriers.
Vouchers may be issued in graphic form as an electronic file (jpg. Png. Pdf.) With the issuer's data, expiry date and alphanumeric code, as well as with an individual graphic at the recipient's request.
Denomination.
The bills specify the nominal value expressed in the Polish currency (Polish zloty).
Multi-purpose vouchers (MPV).
The vouchers we issue are vouchers for various purposes and may be used only within the TwójJurata.pl website to pay for or reduce the value of various services offered by various entities as part of the website.
The obligation to recognize VAT arises when the voucher is used, and the entity responsible for documenting the sale is the owner of the apartment or the provider of additional services provided as part of the website.
The obligation to recognize VAT also arises upon the expiry of the validity period of a given voucher. If the voucher is not used within its validity period, the sale is documented by the issuer for the benefit of the recipient.
Legal basis: art. 2 points 41-44 of the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 54, item 535, as amended).
Validity of the vouchers.
Vouchers issued in a series and available through official distribution channels have a standard and uniform validity period of 2 years from the date of issue.
The date of issue is the date on which the alphanumeric code is made available to the recipient, entitling the recipient to pay for or reduce the value of the reservation and additional services via the TwójJurata.pl website.
Vouchers issued on an individual request may have a different expiry date, and the expiry date is determined each time between the issuer and the recipient of the bill, who is the ordering party.

Issuer of vouchers.
The issuer of the vouchers is Goclaw Investments Paweł Gocławski with its seat in Warsaw (00-801), NIP number 5262604078, with the correspondence address: PO box no. 8, 05-085 Kampinos.
Obligation to accept.
The issuer is obliged to accept the voucher as remuneration or part of remuneration using the voucher, to which the issuer or entities on behalf of which the issuer concludes contracts under the TwójJurata.pl website.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cash storage.
The issuer is also the voucher distributor and the custodian of the funds from the transfer of the vouchers until their redemption or expiry.
The funds from the transfer (distribution) of the bills are kept on the issuer's business accounts until the services paid for with the voucher are provided.
As soon as the voucher is redeemed, the funds held by the issuer are transferred to the service providers in appropriate proportions.
The issuer shall not be entitled to transfer funds to any payment instruments, invest these funds, except to establish term deposits and store them on the issuer's savings accounts, or dispose of funds in a manner other than transferring them as remuneration for services rendered to the accounts of providers of these services.
Cash is not subject to indexation.
The voucher cannot be redeemed.
If the voucher cannot be redeemed for reasons attributable to the issuer, such as the suspension or termination of the issuer's operations, as well as the cancellation of alphanumeric codes for any reason, the issuer shall return to the recipient (purchaser) of the voucher cash in nominal value within 14 days from the occurrence of the reason return.
Under no circumstances will the vouchers or any unused part thereof be exchanged for cash.
Rules for the use of vouchers.
The voucher can be used when booking holiday apartments from the TwójJurata.pl website, in order to pay for or reduce the value of the reservation and additional services offered as part of the website.
The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue (transfer to the recipient of the voucher). This period may be shorter or longer, depending on the current offer and is specified each time when offering a given voucher to be transferred.
The voucher reduces the amount to be paid resulting from the value of the reservation, including additional services.
The voucher is in the form of an alphanumeric code and is delivered within 24 hours from the time of ordering, in electronic form to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
The voucher expresses the nominal value in the Polish currency.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash

Any number of codes can be used for one booking, but only one booking can be paid with one code.
In the event that the value of the reservation is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference in price is not refundable.
If the value of the reservation is higher than the value of the voucher, the difference in price is covered by the client in any way provided during the reservation.
The voucher is redeemed online by entering a rebate code. The discount is calculated automatically and reduces the value of the amount paid; in case the value of the voucher exceeds the value of the reservation fee, in order to use the full amount of the voucher - select the full prepayment option.
The vouchers can be combined with other promotions available on the Twój Jurata.pl website.
The issuer of the vouchers is the owner of the TwójJurata.pl website, acting for and on behalf of the apartment owners, on the basis of separate agreements: Goclaw Investments Paweł Gocławski with its registered office in Warsaw, NIP 5262604078.
The funds obtained as part of the distribution of the vouchers are the subject of safekeeping and may be used by the issuer only to cover the difference in the value of the apartment reservation made with the use of the voucher, including additional services.
Pursuant to the applicable regulations, the voucher is a cash equivalent and is not subject to documenting the sale until the voucher is redeemed or the voucher expires.
Reservations made on the TwójJurata.pl website take place on the terms set out in Website and booking regulations.
In the event of termination or suspension of activity by the issuer of the bills before the expiry of their validity, the funds paid will be returned to the purchaser of the bills in the nominal value.
